文章 the text

翻譯 the translation

It’s 7am. My phone alarm is going off. I don’t want to get up yet. I want to sleep a little longer, so I press the button to make it stop. It’ll ring again in ten minutes — that’s just how it works.

Ten minutes later, it rings again. I open my eyes, get up, climb out of bed. I pull open the curtains and look outside. The weather is nice today. The sunlight is beautiful. I brush my teeth, wash my face. Then I walk to the kitchen. I want some water and milk tea.

There’s milk tea in the fridge from yesterday. I open it and take a sip. Not bad.

I sit down and check my phone. Today is Monday. A few messages, but nothing urgent. They can wait.

I think: “I have a lot to do today.” But I’m not going to think about that right now.

At 8, I head out. The air outside is fresh — so much better than inside. I take a deep breath.

Today should be a good day.
